Leonardo Aridelli, whose goal was to establish a cosy and friendly setting to serve individuals in need of hospital care, was the inspiration behind the Villa Fenix project. In 2017, Mariano decided to help his father bring the project to life, proposing to create a guesthouse in the family home, located in front of the Policlinico San Marco in Osio Sotto.<\/p>\n
The first Villa Fenix structure was inaugurated on February 3, 2018. In the years that followed, further four structures were added to the project, completing the offer that was no longer exclusive to the healthcare industry.<\/p>\n
In fact, the strategic locations of the facilities allow both easy access to the hospital facilities of Osio Sotto, Ponte San Pietro and Bergamo, and the possibility to visit Bergamo and Milan and enjoy the beauty of these territories.<\/p>\n
What was a project in 2017 is now a strong, expanding reality, with a constant drive for development that has led to significant investments in comfort and technology, in order to give a service that is more effective and intelligent.<\/p>\n
Today, Villa Fenix claims consistent development and success driven by its cosy settings, customised services, and attentive customer service.<\/p>\n

Il progetto Villa Fenix<\/strong> nasce grazie a Leonardo Aridelli, il cui intento era la realizzazione di un ambiente confortevole e accogliente a servizio di coloro che necessitavano di cure ospedaliere<\/strong>. Nel 2017, il figlio Mariano decise di aiutare il padre a dar vita al progetto, proponendo di realizzare un affittacamere<\/strong> nella la casa di famiglia, situata davanti al Policlinico San Marco<\/strong> a Osio Sotto.<\/p>Il 3 febbraio 2018, sei mesi dopo l\u2019inizio dei lavori, venne inaugurata la prima struttura di Villa Fenix e negli anni successivi, altre 4 strutture sono entrate a far parte del progetto, implementando cos\u00ec l\u2019offerta non pi\u00f9 legata solamente al settore ospedaliero. Infatti, le posizioni strategiche delle strutture<\/strong>, permettono sia il facile accesso alle strutture ospedaliere di Osio Sotto, Ponte San Pietro e Bergamo<\/strong>, sia la possibilit\u00e0 di visitare Bergamo e Milano<\/strong> e di godere delle bellezze di questi territori.<\/p>Quello che nel 2017 era un progetto \u00e8 diventato una realt\u00e0 solida e in continua espansione, con un desiderio costante di miglioramento che ha portato a importanti investimenti nel settore della tecnologia e del comfort, al fine di fornire un servizio sempre pi\u00f9 efficiente e smart.<\/p>
